- After processing, deliveries are typically made within 7 business days.
- Delivery time can vary depending on the destination and carrier’s processing times.
Order Tracking
- Customers receive a tracking number by email after shipment.
- The tracking number allows real-time monitoring of the shipment status.
International Shipping
- International shipping is not available.
- Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
Delays & Exceptions
- While Golden Gardens aims for timely delivery, they do not take responsibility for delays due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages Policy
Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
- If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but is missing or stolen, no refunds or replacements are offered.
- Customers are advised to check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly.
Lost in Transit:
- If an order is lost in transit due to a carrier issue (i.e., never marked as delivered), Golden Gardens will replace it at no extra cost.
