Refund Policy

Golden Gardens prioritizes product quality and customer safety with rigorous testing standards. If a product does not meet expected standards, customers are encouraged to contact the support team for assistance. Each refund request is reviewed individually by management to determine the best resolution. If a refund is deemed appropriate, the company may offer:

  • Store Credit (instead of a cash refund)
  • Refund via the original payment method
  • A processing fee may apply. The final decision will depend on the payment method and order amount.

Important Deadlines:

  • All refund and concern requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • No refunds are issued for orders older than 7 days.

Product Defects

  • If you receive a defective product:
  • Report it within 7 days for eligibility.
  • The management team will review and offer a credit or replacement if appropriate.
  • Replacements are only issued for defective items.
  • Compensation decisions (credit or replacement) are made case by case.

⚠️ Credits expire in 90 days.

  • They are issued as coupon codes.
  • Each coupon can be used only once.
  • If not fully used, the remaining balance is forfeited.
  • Golden Gardens will not reissue a code for the leftover amount.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be approved by the management team.
  • Bulk orders over 112 grams are considered case-by-case and generally not eligible for return.
  • For smaller purchases (under 112g), a return may be approved if 95% of the product is unused and unopened.
  • If multiple items of the same kind are purchased, only unopened ones are refundable.
  • Opened items must not be consumed if they are unsatisfactory—contact support immediately.

Note: Seeds in cannabis products are considered normal and not defective unless otherwise assessed by management.

Out-of-Stock & Substitutions

If an item is unavailable after your order is placed:

  • Golden Gardens will attempt to contact you up to 3 times over 3 hours.
  • If unsuccessful, they will select a similar replacement item.
  • Refunds or credits are not provided for replacement products.

Payment Policy

  • Payments must be completed within 12 hours of placing an order.
  • If unpaid after 12 hours, the order is automatically canceled.
  • Once canceled, orders cannot be reinstated.
  • Payments made after cancellation result in store credit only—no refunds for late payments.

    🔴 Multiple missed payments may result in a permanent ban from Golden Gardens' website and services.

    • Ban decisions are made case by case by management.
